Coaching Question of the Week

I prefer to have a full day to 1.5 days/week of working from home. Another thing to consider is your work schedule. My best days begin with a luxurious self-care routine with journaling and medication, then working out, then getting ready for work. 9-5 suites me best. I’m so grateful for a workplace that has these flexibilities! What about you?
