Thankful Thursday

You’ll see a gratitude post on Thursdays in this group because every wellness or resilience model I’ve found shows gratitude to be an important part of feeling good. What does is a gratitude practice? It can be anything from thinking about people or things you appreciate as you drink a cup of coffee to writing down things you’re thankful for in a journal. You can search on “gratitude” and find lots of resources and suggestions. You can practice in the comments below this post – what’s something (or who is someone) you’re genuinely thankful for today?
