This quote is an excellent reminder to always stay in a growth mindset –
knowing the current state of things can improve. When people know they can assess and improve themselves, they have more confidence, resilience, and positivity. They believe they can improve themselves and those around them, and that belief can ripple out into the culture of the organization.
Carol Dweck coined the term “Growth Mindset.”
